These Terms of Use govern access to and use of Leakill, including individual email checks, corporate audit workflows, and related report generation features.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Leakill, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use the platform.
2. Nature of the Service
Leakill provides informational security insights based on publicly available breach intelligence sources. The platform is designed to help users identify possible exposure of email addresses in known public breach datasets.
Leakill does not function as a law enforcement tool, a forensic investigation service, or a guarantee of complete cyber risk detection.
3. No Password Disclosure
Leakill does not display passwords, private messages, secret keys, or confidential content. Reports are limited to exposure signals, breach references, dates, severity indicators, and related informational findings made available from public breach records.
4. Permitted Use
You agree to use Leakill only for lawful and legitimate purposes, including:
- checking your own email exposure,
- auditing email lists you are authorized to assess,
- performing internal corporate security reviews with proper authority,
- evaluating public breach exposure as part of a security awareness or remediation process.
5. Prohibited Use
You may not use Leakill to harass, intimidate, stalk, target, or unlawfully investigate third parties. You may not use the platform in connection with illegal surveillance, identity theft, social engineering, fraud, or any unauthorized offensive activity.
6. Corporate Uploads and User Responsibility
If you upload a corporate email list, you represent that you have the necessary authorization to do so. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the platform complies with your company’s policies, applicable employment rules, privacy laws, and internal governance procedures.
7. Reports and Informational Use Only
Leakill reports are provided for informational and internal security support purposes only. They do not constitute legal advice, cybersecurity certification, regulatory clearance, or a guarantee that an account or organization is secure.
8. Payments and Paid Services
Certain corporate audit features may require payment. By choosing a paid plan, you agree to the pricing presented at checkout or on the applicable plan page. External payment providers may process transactions according to their own terms and policies.
9. Availability and Service Changes
Leakill may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any portion of the platform at any time, with or without prior notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Leakill shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages, including losses related to business interruption, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or security incidents not detected by the platform.
