Policies
This page summarizes Leakill’s key operating policies, including privacy, data handling, acceptable use, reporting, and payment practices.
1. Privacy Policy
Leakill is designed to minimize data exposure during use. For standard email checks, submitted emails are processed to generate a result and are not intended to be stored as persistent customer records unless explicitly required for a purchased workflow, customer support, fraud prevention, or technical integrity purposes.
2. Data Handling Policy
Leakill uses submitted data only for the purpose of delivering the requested exposure analysis, producing associated results, and supporting related platform functions. The platform does not reveal passwords, confidential messages, or private account content.
3. Acceptable Use Policy
Users may only use Leakill for lawful security review, personal exposure checking, or authorized organizational audit purposes. Any abusive, deceptive, invasive, or unlawful use is prohibited.
4. Corporate Audit Policy
Users submitting employee or corporate email lists must ensure they have the right and authority to assess those accounts. Leakill acts as a processing and reporting interface and does not assume responsibility for the user’s internal authorization model.
5. Report Policy
Leakill reports are generated for informational, remediation, and internal security support purposes. Reports do not constitute legal advice, cybersecurity certification, or proof of full security compliance.
6. Payment Policy
Corporate audit plans may require payment before access to full batch results or downloadable reports is granted. Prices may vary based on the number of emails analyzed and the selected plan. Payment providers may apply their own processing terms.
7. Sponsored Link Disclosure Policy
Some links displayed by Leakill may be sponsored or affiliate links. Leakill may earn commissions from qualifying purchases or actions completed through those links.
8. Security and Platform Integrity Policy
We reserve the right to implement technical controls, usage limits, fraud prevention mechanisms, and access restrictions in order to protect platform integrity, ensure fair use, and reduce abuse.
9. Retention and Operational Records
Leakill aims to minimize unnecessary retention. However, limited operational, billing, fraud prevention, or technical diagnostic records may be maintained when reasonably necessary to operate the service, support customers, investigate misuse, or comply with legal obligations.
10. Policy Updates
Leakill may update these policies at any time. Continued use of the platform after publication of an updated version indicates acceptance of the revised policy framework.
